If you are setting up Shiptheory with your EVRi Business Account and see Failed to book EVRi shipment. EVRi error: Access denied for customer, you will need to contact your EVRi Business account manager and have them convert your EVRi Business account to a credit based account. This is because EVRi Business restrict API access to accounts with a credit agreement.
