If you're finding that your TradeGecko orders are importing into Shiptheory with a weight less than it should be or with a weight of 0kg, please ensure that your products in TradeGecko have an SKU set.


You can do this by logging into your TradeGecko account and selecting Inventory > Products from the left menu. Select the product(s) you wish to check under Variants, ensure that a SKU is listed.


If a SKU has not been set, select the variant and enter a unique SKU for the product.
