Shiptheory allows you to specify the number of boxes on a shipment by adding an extra line of information to your WooCommerce order's notes.
- Open the order inside WooCommerce and select the pencil icon next to the shipping address
- Under 'Customer Provided Note', on a new line add "boxes = X" where X is the number of boxes you want to specify for the shipment in Shiptheory.
The line of text specifying the number of boxes will be removed from the note when added in Shiptheory, so you don't need to worry about this printing on your shipping labels. Continue to process your shipment as normal.
