Before you start

You will need to contact your LF&E account manager to have your LF&E account enabled for API access.

Once enabled, you should be emailed the following details you will need to connect with Shiptheory: Client Code, Username, Client API Key, Contact API Key. All four credentials are required.

Connecting Your LF&E Refrigerated Transport account

From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Carriers option from the drop-down menu:

From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and click on the LF&E logo:

LF&E Transport will be activated on your Shiptheory account and you will be redirected to the Account Details page.

Enter your LF&E Client Code, Username, Client API Key and Contact API Key into the respective fields along with a basic description of the types of items you will be sending with LF&E and the earliest and latest times that LF&E can come to collect from your premises.

Once you have entered your details, click the Test Connection button below to verify your details are correct and that Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should see a confirmation message:

If you receive an error, double-check you have entered your credentials are correct and try again. It's recommended to copy-and-paste the long API Keys for accuracy.

If you have not contacted The Pallet Network to enable Shiptheory to work with your TPN account, please follow the instructions above under Before you Start.
