When booking in a shipment for TNT, you may come across the following error;
"Failed to create a TNT label: Piece line goods description has exceeded its maximum length."
This error message is received when your "Delivery instructions" field has too many characters and surpasses the limit.
The limit in this field to send to TNT is 50 characters
If you're receiving this error it may be worth seeing if you can reduce your character count.
