If you receive the error message "Weight Exceeds maximum allowed - Skipped to next consignment" when trying to book a shipment, then the total weight of your shipment is exceeding the maximum allowed by your TNT account.
If you're sure that the shipment weight specified in your shipment details in Shiptheory is correct then you will need to speak to your TNT account manager to confirm the maximum package weight allowed by your TNT account. If needed, your account manager can apply to have the limit raised to enable larger parcels and/or pallets to be shipped with TNT. Shiptheory support is unable to assist with this.
