DX Freight only supports either the contact (person's) name or a company name to be printed on shipping labels. By default, Shiptheory will always print the contact's name.
You can select to have the company name printed on the shipping label instead of the contact name if one is supplied in your order details. If you choose this option, the contact's name will still be sent to DX in the shipping data.
To do so, navigate to your DX 1-Man or DX 2-Man settings in Shiptheory, click the grey Advanced Settings icon in the bottom-right of the page and scroll down to the Print Contact or Company Name on Labels setting:
Select either "Contact Name" or "Company Name" and click Save.
