If orders are downloading into your Shiptheory account with only the order number, and all other fields, such as customer address, products, etc, blank, then it is most likely that either your API URL is setup incorrect in your Shiptheory settings.
From the main menu in Shiptheory, browse to your Bluepark settings and make sure the URL is correct. It should end in the API version. For example:
Important: If you change your URL here, you will need to update the webhook address from your Shiptheory settings into your Bluepark account.
