It only takes 2 minutes to connect your Panther Logistics and Shiptheory accounts. The guide below will get you up-and-running booking shipments in no time!
Before you Start
You will need to first request API credentials from your Panther Logistics account manager.
Connecting your account
From any page in Shiptheory, click on your username in the top-right blue menu and select the Manage Carriers option from the drop-down menu:
From the next page, scroll down to Connect a New Carrier Account and click on the Panther Logistics logo to activate the courier on your Shiptheory account:
You will be redirected to the Panther Logistics Account Details page.
Enter your API Key, select incoterms and default values for data sent with EU shipments.
Click the Test Connection button below to verify your details are correct and Shiptheory can connect to your account. All going well, you should be greeted with success:
If you receive an error response, double-check you have entered your API Key correctly and try again. If you're using the API Key sent to you by Panther Logistics, check the details with your Panther Logistics Account Manager or contact our support team.
