You can specify the number of boxes Shiptheory should book for a shipment in Shopify by adding a line to your Shopify order Notes.
In Shopify, open an order and in the top-right click Edit in the Notes section:
Enter "boxes = " followed by the number of boxes you would like Shiptheory to book, e.g. "boxes = 2".
Make sure this is on a new line, so if there are any existing order notes, it might look something like:
Can leave with a neighbour
boxes = 3
