You may see the above message when booking in with Tuffnells, this is actually due to the setting that your company would have enabled at some point



Essentially, any channels that you have connected will appear here (alongside Manually booked shipments, and shipments sent to your account via our public API) and you can select any number of these channel connections to NOT return the consignment number we generate, and instead wait for the URN number Tuffnells provides us with at a slightly later point.
