Connecting Shiptheory with your Amazon Seller Central account is quick and straightforward, whether you're new to Shiptheory or an existing user.

The process can be started from both the Amazon Seller Central Partner Network or from your Shiptheory account. Both methods are detailed below.

Connecting from Amazon Seller Central Partner Network

Once authorised, if you are a new Shiptheory customer or are not currently logged into your Shiptheory account, you will be asked to log in or register for a new Shiptheory account.

Get Started

Once connected you will need to confirm a few default settings for the integration:

  • The default currency you use for your orders
  • Whether fulfillments created by Shiptheory should be immediately shipped by Amazon or held for final authorisation in your Amazon account
  • The fulfillment policy you would like Amazon to observe. The three options are:
    • Fill Or Kill: If all order items cannot be filled, the order will be cancelled.
    • Fill All: Fill all order items that can be filled and put any items that cannot be filled on hold. They will be shipped when the stock comes in.
    • Fill All Available: Fill all order items that can be filled and cancel any that cannot be filled.

Once complete, click Save.
