It is possible to enter special delivery instructions directly from the Squarespace admin panel before the order makes it to Shiptheory.
Adding Delivery Instructions from Squarespace
1. Open an order in Squarespace
2. Type the order instructions into the order comments box
3. Ship the order
The highlighted 'order comments' box is where you will input Delivery Instructions
You can then find the delivery instructions on the Shiptheory Dashboard when you open an order.
Notes
- Not all carriers support delivery instructions on shipping labels
