By default, Shiptheory will set the number of Lifts on Walkers Transport consignments to match the number of Pallets. For example, if you book a consignment that consists of 2 Half Pallets and 1 Full Pallet, the number of lifts will be 3.
Manually specifying the Number of Lifts
You can override this value by manually specifying the number of lifts required for your shipments in the Number of Lifts field when booking your shipments from the shipment pop-up:
