Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are evalulated in the following ways
1. From Delivery Instructions
You can specify a delivery datefor you Pallet-Track shipment by adding the following line in your shipment's instructions: "delivery_date: yyyy-mm-dd". This must be on its own line in the delivery instructions.

2. From Delivery Date
If a delivery date is not present in the instructions Shiptheory will check to see if a value is present in the Delivery Date fields. This is only supported by some channels and via the API. If you have questions on how to specify this value please ask a support agent.
3. Calculated automatically
If the date is not present in the instructions or the dedicated field then the delivery date is calculated like so:
- Next Day service: The collection date plus 1 day
- Economy service: The collection date plus 2 days
Delivery Times
You can specify a delivery time for you Pallet-Track shipment by adding the following line in your shipment's instructions: "delivery_time: hh:mm". This must be on its own line in the delivery instructions.

Please note that if you specify a delivery time without a valid delivery time enhancement (surcharge) linked to your shipment, then you will receive an error. Inversely, if you specify a delivery time enhancement without specifying a delivery time in your instructions you will also receive an error. Valid enhancements are:
- Saturday Timed
- Timed Delivery
- Time Specific Delivery
