Shiptheory Support

When using Pall-Ex and you are specifying user defined packages you may run into the following error:

"Failed to create a shipment with Pall-Ex: Pallet Type not found for Item with Standard base."

When this error occurs it means that the name given to the package could not be interpreted into a pallet name and size of which Pall-Ex support. To access and change both the package names and dimensions this can be done so directly here.

Note: When adding a new pallet size you will need to ensure the type is set to 'Pallet' else the above error will continue to be displayed despite if a valid term is entered

For Pallex integrations set up after December 13, 2024, the following pallets are supported by Pallex:

• Full
• Half
• Quarter
• Full Plus
• Mega Full
• Bundle
• Oversize
• Full Light

For Pallex integrations set up before December 13, 2024, the following pallets are supported by Pallex:

If you do not use any of the above the previously mentioned error will be displayed and the consignment will fail to book in.
