Shiptheory Support

There are different ways to send orders from Shopify to Shiptheory, one of them being On Demand. This guide will walk you through how to enable this and send orders through to Shiptheory. 

Enabling On Demand Shipping in Shiptheory

If you navigate to your Shopify channel settings in Shiptheory via Channels > Shopify. Select Fulfillment Orders in the first drop down and No, On Demand in the next drop down:

To send orders to Shiptheory from Shopify you can do this by selecting "Send order to Shiptheory" from the More actions menu in Shopify:

This option is available in both the single order details page and when selecting multiple orders in the order listings page. 

Note: This option is not available on Shopify Mobile. To bypass this limitation, open the page in Desktop Mode.

If you would prefer, Shiptheory can also receive orders automatically, either by when the payment is received or by when the order is fulfilled, in Shopify. To enable this please follow this guide.
