When getting the error: There were errors when communicating with DHL Parcel UK: - Dimension 1 must be greater than or equal to a minimum of 15 for this product and country
This error occurs because DHL require you to have parcel dimensions pre-determined.
To fix this, go into your DHL Parcel UK Courier settings in Shiptheory, scroll down to "Default Package Dimensions" field and enter your default dimensions. The majority of services require a minimum dimension of 15*15*15.
