Pitney Bowes allows you to ship with preferential rates with USPS Services on the Pitney Bowes: Expedited services in Shiptheory. See below on how to get started!

Create a new integration by going to Carriers > Manage Carriers and clicking on Pitney Bowes


When you reach the Pitney Bowes integrations page you will see the options to login or sign up. If you have not previously signed up for Pitney Bowes through Shiptheory, then click "Sign Up". Follow the steps to sign up to Pitney Bowes. Once you've completed the sign up process in Pitney Bowes, return to the integration page in Shiptheory, enter your username and password into the fields and click "Login". Shiptheory then link to your Pitney Bowes account.


Once you've signed in, you'll be redirected to the integration settings page. You'll need to enter a few more details before you're ready to start shipping. You will see the options "Client ID", "Client Facility ID" and "Carrier Facility ID". These are required to ship with certain Pitney Bowes services and solutions. You can obtain these values from your Pitney Bowes account manager. 


Once you've entered all of these detail, you'll be ready to ship. Scroll down to the "Test Connection" section to verify that you have successfully connected to Pitney Bowes. If you see a green tick, then everything is good. If you see a red cross, then there is a problem.
