If you've followed the guide to connect your USB weighing scales with Shiptheory, it's possible that we don't currently support your brand or model. Follow this guide to confirm if Shiptheory can support your scales and submit a request for Shiptheory to add support.
In a new browser window, go to https://nondebug.github.io/webhid-explorer.
Connect your USB scales to your computer, power them on and click the Connect button:
A popup window will appear and, if your scales are on and connected to your computer, they should be listed among the available USB devices. Select your scales and click Connect:
Note: If your USB scales do not appear in this popup window, Shiptheory cannot support your device. If you think your scales should be available here, please contact the manufacturer.
Make sure the scales are selected in the drop-down menu at the top of the page and then copy and send all of the text from the Device Info box to the Shiptheory support team:
