When booking shipments with Transglobal Express, you can also request for your shipments to be collected from your premises and delivered to the nearest Transglobal Express warehouse.
Booking a Collection
You can set whether you want a collection to always or never be requested by default in your Transglobal Express settings:
Should you need to make exceptions to this setting, you can add the Book Collection or No Collection enhancement when creating a shipping rule or booking a shipment:
Collection Options
Before your shipment is booked, Transglobal Express provide Shiptheory with a list of carriers available to collect shipments from your premises. You can control how Shiptheory selects a collection service by indicating whether you have a preferred collection courier and whether you would like Shiptheory to automatically select the cheapest available offer if any preferred carrier option isn't available:
