Shiptheory's Zedify integration has two product shipping mode options:
Parcels & Packages mode
In this mode, any products detailed in your Shiptheory shipments are ignored. Instead, Shiptheory will use either the number of parcels in your Shiptheory shipment or any selected packages to book your Zedify shipments.
If you select packages when booking your shipment, Shiptheory will try to match the package name with a product set up in Zedify. For example:
If Shiptheory cannot match the package name, you can select from the options pictured above to either return an error message or default back to your selected Default Zedify Product instead.
Individual SKUs mode
In this mode, each of the products in your Shiptheory shipments is booked with Zedify. For more details on how to configure this option, please read this support article: Connect your Zedify and Shiptheory Products
