The likely causes for this are:


- You are trying to track a non-tracked service type. 

If you are tracking a number that begins with 2C, this is a consignment number, not a tracking number. These are given to shipments that are not tracked services. Royal Mail tracking numbers will always begin with 2 letters.


- The shipment has not updated in Royal Mails system yet. 

It can take time after Royal Mail have collected your parcel before it is registered on their system, please give it some time and check again.
