Shiptheory Support

You can request Shiptheory to automatically update the Order's Custom Field in WooCommerce with the shipment's Package Names once a shipment is booked by a carrier. Simply navigate to the settings and input the name of the Custom Field.

Please note that Woocommerce will hide the custom field withe order UI if the custom field name starts with a underscore (_).

Upon the successful completion of a booking with packages, the custom field will be updated to reflect the package names. This information can be located within the WooCommerce order user interface.
