You can enable the use of a custom Importer of Record (IOR) for international shipments with DPD in your advanced settings. This feature will only work after your account manager has approved your custom IOR address.
Once you switch this setting on, you will need to fill in the contact details & address for your importer of record:
Once you are finished, remember to press save. Shiptheory will now automatically send this information to DPD whenever necessary.
