To help manage your workflow, Shiptheory allows you to create a dedicated 'Ready to Print' tab on your dashboard. This tab will automatically display all completed orders that are awaiting a shipping label to be printed. Once a label is printed for an order, it is automatically removed from this tab, keeping your view clean and up-to-date.


How to Create a 'Ready to Print' Tab


  1. From your Shiptheory Dashboard, click the Rocket icon in the top-left of the screen.



  2. Click the blue Add New Tabicon (`+`) in the top-right of the dashboard.


  3. In the tab configuration menu, apply the following settings:


    Key Points:

    • The tab name must be Ready to Print - it is case-sensitive, so 'Ready To Print' will not work.
    • Ensure the Complete status box is ticked.



  5. Click the Save button in the top-right corner to create your new tab.



  6. Your new 'Ready to Print' tab will now be visible on your dashboard, ready to display your completed orders.
