The Issue

If you encounter this error:

There was a problem updating an Item Fulfillment with an internalID of X: Attempted to create a package without specifying a nonzero package weight. 

The Fix 

This is likely due to having the package weight set at 0. Shiptheory won't modify the package weight and will use what is in NetSuite. To stop seeing this error, please ensure the shipment package weight is set to more than 1.
