International shipment


Currently International shipment is not available though United Pallet Network API, please contact United Pallet Network for more information: https://www.upn.co.uk/.


At the moment, Northen Ireland Shipment is supported.


Commodity Details and EORI for International Shipment


To ensure smooth processing by the custom, please make sure you have the following details in your shipments


  • Product details including the commodity code, country of manufacture, goods description, quantify, weight and value
  • If you are sending shipment to Business addresses, please provide the receiver's EORI number


International Commercial Terms


You can also set different default options in setting for International Commercial Terms (e.g., DDP or DDU) and specify the type of address you’re sending to. 



To override the International Commercial Terms per shipment, you can book a shipment with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) enhancements. The option are available in shipment rules and manual shipments booking




Address Type


You can set a default address option for your shipments. If "Business if EORI is present" is chosen, Shiptheory will set the shipment to sending to a non-resident address when the receiver’s EORI is provided.
