The "Set as packed" status on our Brightpearl settings page is intended to mark goods out notes as packed, when Shiptheory sends things to the couriers.
This happens BEFORE a tracking number (or error) is received back from the courier.
This status is untested and has some reported problems regarding time stamps of events, meaning once something is packed, you must wait an hour before you can edit the goods out note again.
